He took to X to condemn women who eear nose ring. 

He wrote alongside a photo of his wife: "This is my wife. 

"Will a nose ring add anything to this beauty? 

"Look decent without destroying your body, that's not what men sort after!"

X users pointed out to him that the same way he's condemning other women for wearing nose ring is the same way his wife could be criticises for being heavily made up. 

Some men commented, telling him it's OK if he doesn't like nose ring but they like it om their women.

All of us will play better - Sanwo-Olu counters claim that Lagos will benefit the most from tax reforms

Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has dismissed claims that Lagos would be the primary beneficiary of Nigeria’s proposed tax reform bills. Speaking on Wednesday during the Africa Investment Forum Market Days 2024 in Morocco, the governor urged Nigerians to take time to understand the reforms fully before forming conclusions.   On December 2, Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum asserted that the proposed value-added tax (VAT) sharing model under the tax reforms would disproportionately favor Lagos and Rivers States. Countering this narrative, Sanwo-Olu said the statement was untrue, adding that the reforms require everyone to work harder to realize their benefits.
